Submitting a quote request or contacting us through this website constitutes a service inquiry, not a binding service agreement. A service is only confirmed once a Steam Master Charlotte representative confirms your appointment and pricing with you directly.
Appointment times requested online are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking by phone, text, or email. The "$129 for 3 rooms" offer applies to standard residential rooms; oversized rooms, specialty stains, and additional services may incur extra charges, which will be disclosed before work begins.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, contact us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
Steam Master Charlotte is not liable for pre-existing damage, permanent stains that cannot be removed, or damage caused by conditions undisclosed to us prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are fully licensed and insured.
